The overnight room (only available at Spring Bank*) is a self contained apartment and is designed to create a homely atmosphere, with a living & dining area, bathroom and sleeping area with either a junior bed or cot.

The Staff

Have been chosen for their empathy with Children, the staff on duty will have a childcare qualification there will always be a member of staff on duty who is paediatric first aid trained. The staff will check on your child every half an hour and any problems will be recorded. To ensure your child receives the highest standard of care there will be one nursery nurse for every 4 children.

Routine

The bedtime routine you have established at home will be followed by the nursery. We will have quiet activities, bath, supper and bedtime routines that will include a story time. Each child will be given their own evening diary that will record that nights routine that will include information on the their sleep pattern, meals and activities.

Meals

Each child will be given a supper & breakfast along with any milk feeds they may need during the night, all this information will be recorded in their diary. We will take into consideration any dietary requirements.

Security

For additional peace of mind we will have in place additional security measures to those during the day, such as CCTV linked access and no admittance between 10.00pm and 6.30am.
