Learning
The children will build on skills that they started to develop in the baby room and will be given more opportunities to experiment with paint, glue, sand and water. The staff follow the birth to three framework giving the children chances to develop the basics in numeracy and literacy. The flexibility of the curriculum also allows the staff to work with parents in their child's next stage ofdevelopment, such as toilet training. The staff will encourage the child to gain independence and social skills.
The staff will continue to record your child's milestones with the use of photos and observations that will be shared with parents.
